We pride ourselves in taking customer feedback very seriously. Taking care of people is what makes our work enjoyable, and we want to be the best we can at it! Here's what some past customers had to say about their experience...

Dan of Boulder, Colorado (Santa Ana, CA property):

"Hi Rob,

I am {name withheld for privacy}'s landlord and I wanted to thank you for going out to discover a tripped GFCI over the weekend. You are clearly an honest tradesman and you will receive all of the upcoming electrical upgrade work to be done at the house. I owned it for six years before I left the state and added most of the GFCI stuff since there is a lot of old 1949 wiring in there. I even found circuits that had no breaker and were wired straight to the mains.

Thanks for your quotes and I understand about bringing everything toward the main panel in preparation for its replacement. Your quote was on par with what my friend paid last year for the same work in North Santa Ana.

Anyway, just a kind note and some contact from stormy Boulder CO!

Alison of Irvine, CA:

"My sister called me immediately after Rob Sheets (Your Electrician) came over to fix her stuck circuit breaker.  She was absolutely thrilled with the services he provided and could not be any happier with his professionalism, knowledge, prompt response and reasonable pricing.

She lives in an older condo that has a poor electrical design where multiple appliances are on a single breaker.  This causes the breaker to trip quite frequently, where eventually it needed to be replaced.  Rob was at my sisters house within 30 minutes of her phone call.  He checked her main panel and immediately determined the problem.  He went to the store, came back and installed a new circuit breaker.  She then went on to tell him about some other electrical issues she had.  He took the extra time to explain how electricity works (Electricity 101, if you will) and gave her multiple options for resolving her issues.  The options ranged from a quick, low end solution to a more complex, long term solution.  She really appreciated the extra time he spent with her to review all of her options.

My sister will definitely be calling "Your Electrician" back for additional electrical work in the near future.  I am writing this on behalf of my sister since she isn't all that computer savy but wanted to be sure to give Rob credit for his excellent services."

Larry C of Orange, CA:

"Who doesn't love a friendly, articulate, competent and helpful tradesman. If you're like me, than you're gonna love working with Rob.  Great prices, very timely and does great work.  And the bonus is if I ever need to overhaul my nuclear sub, I have the confidence that Rob will take care of me.  Call him , you won't regret it."

And our first and favorite customer, who has been with us from the point of first applying for our contractor's license, when we were limited in scope to jobs that qualified under the "handyman clause" - Thanks Jim!
James H. of Newport Beach, CA:

"Rob (Your Electrician) is an excellent electrical contractor.  Last year we needed lights and other work done on our house to comply with Title 24.  He did a good job working with my spouse in selecting the proper fixtures.  And when it came to upgrading the "panel" he did the right thing in declining the engagement because he didn't have the appropriate license (C-10).  A year later, Rob is back with upgraded license and is going work in my office building."
